Diggin' a Hole
Hey. Dancer here.
When all else fails and you have no dirt to dig in, it's still important improvise and bury your bone in any manner possible.
Even if it's one of dad's shirts.
Trust me. This works well and nobody will find the prize.
Except me. Because it's my bone. And I hid it.

No, That's MY Leash
Hey. Dancer here.
Sorry for the blurry photo but mom was laughing and tried to get the picture off in time.
Tried telling Dad that this MY leash.
MINE. All mine.
I wonder if he'll ever "get it."
Repeat after me, Dad: All things belong to Dancer. All things belong to Dancer.

Dancer vs. The Cat Food
Hey. Dancer here.
I couldn't resist it. Maybe I should have but I just couldn't.
I woofed down Kitty's food.
She seems upset.

Sire and Dame
Hey. Dancer here.
It occurred to me that while you saw a really great picture of my birth mom, you didn't see one of my birth dad.
So, without further adooooooo *snout in the air* ...........
Sorry, that word got the better of me.
Mom and Dad would like to thank these fine breeders of Korppret Kennels, Richard and Judy Houskeeper, for their diligence and hard work in placing my siblings and I in very good homes and ensuring our health at the beginning stages of our lives. We couldn't have asked for a better environment to be born in and look forward to visiting them again and again.
When I get bigger, that is.
Here's my bio-dad: (please click on the link to view his champion pedigree):
Stahlkrieger,s Royal Flush Von Schaden
And here's my mom, Ellie (Please click on her link to view her champion pedigree):
Korppret's, Ellie
And here's me on the tennis court this morning (dad was hiding the pinecone from me) :

First Full Week
Hey. Dancer here.
Mom and dad picked me up one week ago today and, so far, I think I've trained them pretty well.
I have toys - lots of toys all to myself !! I have a rubber tire, two orange rubber balls, a pumpkin named Mojo (Mom says this is named after HER oldest sister's mean little black chihuahua dog whose name is also Mojo so I can bounce this pumpkin around all I want, she says), and a rope to tug on.
Oh! and another awesome toy is some furry, fluffy yellow and pink thing that dad says "used to belong to the cat."
Lovin' me some finger food with a side order of Chucky-cheesy laces.
I used to share a bed with 4 other pups but now I have a crate condo all to myself. It has a warm, soft bed and one of dad's old t-shirts so I don't get too scared. All in all, I'm really liking this new home and I'm feeling some pretty awesome vibes coming from the humans that live here.
I saw Dr. Joe, the awesomest vet ever, and was happy that he's such a nice guy! LOVED the treats that the nice lady technician gave me! I think all schnauzers everywhere should go see him and his pretty great staff.
But not cats. Cats drool.

Kitty has a shelf, too.

HA! HA! So sad - too bad, KittyKitty. Mine now.

I also tried to get my mom's Tigger but she hugged it tight to her chest and said, "uhm, .... no." I heard her say something about how Tigger has been hers for over 20 years but I have no idea what that means. I'm not sure I like the way he looks at me anyway.

I have to say, though, that Kitty will love me so much one day she'll be MY guard-kitty. Wait and see.

Dancer - The Beginning
Dancer Here.
I was born 14 January 2014 in Tulsa, OK. My mom, Ellie and dad come from a champion line. I was one of 4 puppies born that day and, while it's a little intimidating to be outside my mom's belly, I've since learned that the outside world has a lot to offer.
Like Treats.
But I'll tell you all about my treats later.
Here's a picture of the day I was born. I was called "Little Blue" because of my blue collar and, well, because I'm a boy.
Truth be told, I don't look so little to me.
What do you think? Cute, wasn't I?
